How to get the most out of visiting this site:

Thank you for your interest in my art! This website has some really cool features that will help you enjoy the art fully:

             1. If you're on a desktop computer or have a large format monitor, be sure to take advantage of the enlarge icon found at the lower right corner of each painting (it looks like four arrows).  Click on that and the image will enlarge full screen so you can see all the details.

             2. If you haven't already used it, I recommend that you try the LIVE PREVIEW button shown below each piece of art on its gallery page. This is a new technology that works with your cell phone so that you can see a particular painting superimposed on an actual wall of your home or office. Just click the button below the artwork and follow the directions.    
   
             3. Some of the original paintings on this site are available as Art Prints. They can be found in the Galleries called: Prints of Paintings  and Daubs.  You can buy just a print, and can choose what you want it printed on--canvas or paper. If you're at all interested in purchasing it framed, be sure to click on the FRAME bar and select "Yes" to Include Frame. Then you can scroll through a nice selection of frames. Clicking on any one will make it magically appear around the image so you can see how your print will look in that frame.
              When you order a print, you'll check out of my website and pay once for everything--print, paper, any mats, frames, glass, and shipping .  Artspan, my web host will do the printing, framing, shipping, and process your payment. They will reimburse me for my portion later.

Important things you should know as you consider purchasing a Jude Kai piece of art:
             Each piece of original art that you purchase on this site has been designed, built, fused or painted by me, Jude Kai. I've signed each piece, and all my original paintings have been specially sealed and varnished with a UV protectant.  If you are interested in a particular piece for possible purchase, please feel free to contact me through the contact form on this site. I'd be happy to give you additional information or answer any questions you might have. Further conversations are possible by email or phone.

Shipping:  All of the artworks on this site include free insured shipping from my studio in Arizona to your specified address within the Continental U.S. The shipping carrier will be UPS ground service. If you need to have your purchase arrive on a certain date, I can accommodate that--just email me and let me know.

Any changes in the location or type of shipping have to be done before you check out of this site, because all financial transactions are handled by my web host, Artspan.

If you wish to have your artwork shipped by air, please email me at [email protected] BEFORE you check out.  I will mark the piece sold while I adjust the price to reflect the additional air surcharge (minus the basic ground fee). At that point, I'll notify you so that you can go to the website and purchase your artwork. If you have not purchased the piece within one week from agreeing to the revised price, the sold sign will be removed and the piece will become available again.

If you are outside the U.S., I would be happy to work with you so that you can have the piece that you love. Here's what to do:

E-Mail me BEFORE you check out of this site. Include your complete address and the piece that you want.  I will immediately mark your desired piece "Sold" on the site so no one else can have it. Then, I'll research shipping costs to your location and contact you with a price quote for international shipping (less the U.S. ground portion). If you agree to the price, I will change the website price to include your shipping fee, and then you have one week in which to purchase the artwork  from this website.

 Shipping Problems and Returns:
       -- If the painting or glass art is damaged in transit, please photograph the damage as soon as the box arrives and text or email me with the photo. I'll call you at your convenience so we can assess the situation together.

Returns will be accepted as long as they meet the following conditions:
      --The artwork is shipped back to Jude Kai within 30 days of receipt.
      --The artwork arrives back to Jude Kai in the same undamaged condition in which it was shipped.
